Milano Booking Widget

MethodWorx was asked to deliver a custom booking widget which connected into Zonals Events Booking system and API. In this case study, we show the additional features of the Milano booking widget and how these improve Milano's overall customer booking experience:


Milano was requiring a custom enquiry journey to provide customers with easy access to their different types of parties and events. This connected into the Occassion configuration within the Zonal Events Booking system and made it easy for the customer to book.


The widget delivered utilizes the following additional features:


Provides alternative booking slots from nearby restaurants when the original restaurant choice is not available. This leads to more conversions by allowing the customer to quickly book an alternative option, rather than leaving the booking journey and booking at a competitor as a result.

Party Types / Enquiry

Enables the customer to quickly book or enquire about different parties.

Flexible journey

Flexible Journey - The widget is completely flexible to allow for quick changes and updates via configuration or component changes. This provides a journey that accommodates the frequently changing Covid-19 rules: - Opening Times, Maximum Guests, Terms and Conditions and Collecting Additional Adult Details.
