We are proud to announce the build and deployment of a chat bot for PizzaExpress.

This bot integrates seamlessly with PizzaExpress' table booking suppliers to give Facebook users a quick and convenient way reserve a table at one of the 450+ PizzaExpress restaurants.

We worked closely with the Digital and Marketing team at PizzaExpress to deliver a journey that a user could complete in no-time at all.  Although bot AI (e.g WIT.AI) technologies were trialled for this solution, it was agreed to keep the journey as simple as possible so the user could get to the end result with the least hassle possible.
